Kristin Wing, Founder & Principal
Kristin Wing-Coleman is a public health strategist with nearly a decade of experience designing, funding, and scaling community health initiatives from within a health insurance corporation. During her seven years in Medicaid managed care, she operated at the intersection of strategy and investment—serving as both a funder and program designer. This dual perspective gives her a distinct advantage: a deep understanding of how corporations make decisions, where funding flows, and what it takes for community-based organizations to secure and sustain investment.​​

That insider perspective is the foundation of Future Forward Impact’s value. Kristin brings it to every engagement—helping clients align strategy with funding priorities, strengthen partnerships, and build programs that are both community-centered and system-ready.​

Her work spans program evaluation, partnership development, and the design of scalable models that connect health plans with community-based providers, including doulas and community health workers. She is known for translating complex systems into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable impact.​
Kristin is also committed to developing the next generation of public health leaders. She mentors graduate students and serves as a site mentor in MPH programs, extending FFI’s impact beyond current systems and into the future workforce.
